We are looking for a proactive and confident Business Development Executive to connect with colleges and educational institutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying institutional requirements, understanding operational gaps, and generating business leads for our services.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to colleges and educational institutions

  • Identify decision-makers (Principal, Administrator, Management, IT Head, etc.)

  • Understand institutional challenges and service gaps

  • Present company services and solutions professionally

  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings

  • Maintain follow-up records and CRM updates

  • Achieve monthly lead generation targets

Requirements

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Confidence in speaking with senior-level professionals

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM

  • Target-oriented mindset

  • Experience in B2B sales or education sector preferred
